Orders to be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom are sent from within the United Kingdom. Orders from anywhere in the rest of the world are sent from Ireland. Kegelmaster Europe reserves the right to dispatch orders from either location or from elsewhere within the EU if necessary due to unusual circumstances, or if it may mean a quicker delivery time for you.
All orders are sent by 1st class post from within the U.K. or standard post from Ireland. Kegelmaster Europe is happy to offer special delivery services by arrangement with you at the time of ordering at your expense.
All orders are posted within 24 hours of ordering and funds clearing. This does not include weekends when normal postal services do not operate. Kegelmaster Europe reserves the right to extend this to 48 hours in exceptional circumstances.
Any payment made by you by cheque, e-check or non real time payment method must be cleared before goods are dispatched.
You agree that you will notify Kegelmaster Europe within one week of ordering if you have not received your order within that time. 28 days must have elapsed before a package can be declared missing.
